Location Tracking

This is the main feature of the platform and facilitates optimal use of all the other features available in the digital workspace such as management, asset tracking, workforce management, surveys and managing other assigned tasks based on location.

Survey and Data Collection

The users of the digital platform can create tailored surveys as required by their organization and store data on the cloud in real-time. With the data sorting also completed in real-time, the decision-makers can use this feature for making fast and targeted decisions.

Task Management

Within each team, the team leads can create tasks, defining the key parameters such as name, description, deadline and location for the assignees. The assignees receive notifications once the task is created; they can also report back about the completion of the task or the inability to complete it through situational reporting.

Situational Reporting

This component allows the users to report back to the supervisor in case of an urgent or emerging situation. Task assignees or team members can send reports to be delivered and received in real-time, keeping all members aware of a developing situation.
